I've coached rowing at Birmingham Football Club since 2011. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

You taught us how to lose properly. Worth more than any trophy. Greetings from Sylhet.
