Coach Nora
Youth cycling coach and mentor
- 🇨🇦 Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada
- Regina Elmwood Athletic Club
- 1994 to 2018

For 24 years I ran the cycling program at Regina Elmwood Athletic Club in Regina. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
More about Coach Nora
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Nora: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
