Coach Nonso

Youth cross country coach and mentor

  • 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
  • Lagos Boxing Gym
  • Since 1981
  • English, Igbo
I've coached cross country at Lagos Boxing Gym since 1981. Most of my players were between 9 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
