For 15 years I ran the martial arts program at Good Shepherd Athletic Club in Ekurhuleni. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

What gifts mean to Coach Nokuthula: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

I still think about the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Houston.

You coached me in 2004. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Sakai.
