Coached cross country for 41 years in Nuremberg
- 🇩🇪 Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany
- Harmony Boxing Gym
- Since 1985

For 41 years I've run the cross country program at Harmony Boxing Gym in Nuremberg. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.

You coached me in 2023. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Nsukka.
