Coach Nilesh
Youth rowing coach and mentor
- 🇮🇳 Rohini, Delhi, India
- Queensway Swimming Club
- Since 1980
- English
I've coached rowing at Queensway Swimming Club since 1980. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
