Coach Nida
Youth cross country coach and mentor
- 🇵🇰 Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan
- Since 2010
- English, Punjabi, Spanish
I've coached cross country at Gujranwala Athletic Club since 2010. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Nida
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
