For 37 years I've run the martial arts program at Birmingham Hillcrest Swimming Club in Birmingham. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
