For 43 years I've run the swimming program at Holy Cross Swimming Club in Cần Thơ. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Coach Nghĩa
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
