I've coached softball at Grand Rapids Football Club since 2009. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Nevaeh
If you played for me, you probably remember that terrible school play.
What gifts mean to Coach Nevaeh: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
