Coach Naomi
Youth cross country coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Aurora, Illinois, United States
- Aurora Community Club
- 1984 to 1997
- English
I coached cross country at Aurora Community Club from 1984 to 1997. Most of my players were between 10 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.

If you played for me, you probably remember the rainy sports day.

What gifts mean to Coach Naomi: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
