For 28 years I ran the cricket program at Johannesburg Youth Club in Johannesburg. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
