Coach Nabirye
Youth swimming coach and mentor
- 🇺🇬 Jinja, Eastern Region, Uganda
- Jinja Parkside Athletic Club
- Since 1984
- English, Swahili
For 42 years I've run the swimming program at Jinja Parkside Athletic Club in Jinja. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
