Coach Mwende
Athletics coach, Nairobi Swimming Club
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Since 1998
- English, Swahili
For 28 years I've run the athletics program at Nairobi Swimming Club in Nairobi. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Thank you for stopping by.
