Coach Mwangi
Cross country and fitness coach, Embakasi
- 🇰🇪 Embakasi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Embakasi Athletic Club
- 1991 to 2014
- English
I coached cross country at Embakasi Athletic Club from 1991 to 2014. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
