Coach Murugan
Youth athletics coach and mentor
- 🇮🇳 Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Chennai Football Club
- Since 1993
- English, Malayalam
For 33 years I've run the athletics program at Chennai Football Club in Chennai. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Murugan
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Murugan: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
