I coached wrestling at Victory Boxing Gym from 2004 to 2025. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Coach Mpho
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Mpho: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 2017. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from San Diego.
