Coach Mpho

Martial arts and fitness coach, Ekurhuleni

  • 🇿🇦 Ekurhuleni, Gauteng, South Africa
  • Elmwood Football Club
  • 1995 to 2012
  • English, Zulu
For 17 years I ran the martial arts program at Elmwood Football Club in Ekurhuleni. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
