Coach Mónica
Gymnastics and fitness coach, Albany
- 🇺🇸 Albany, New York, United States
- Our Lady of Peace Boxing Gym
- 2014 to 2025
- English
For eleven years I ran the gymnastics program at Our Lady of Peace Boxing Gym in Albany. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Coach Mónica: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
