For 25 years I've run the softball program at Gwagwalada Good Shepherd Football Club in Gwagwalada. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm still learning every day.
