Coach Moana
Swimming coach, Willow Creek Community Club
- 🇳🇿 Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand
- 1983 to 2014
- English
I coached swimming at Willow Creek Community Club from 1983 to 2014. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.
What gifts mean to Coach Moana: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
