I've coached football at Newcastle upon Tyne Swimming Club since 1988. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
What gifts mean to Coach Mitu: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
