I coached cycling at Toledo Boxing Gym from 2000 to 2009. Most of my players were between 9 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
More about Coach Min
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
