- 2000 to 2023

I coached gymnastics at Mekelle Orchid Swimming Club from 2000 to 2023. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Coach Mihret: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
