Coach Miguel
Coached swimming for 30 years in Dallas
- 🇺🇸 Dallas, Texas, United States
- Dallas Ashford Sports Club
- Since 1996
- English
I've coached swimming at Dallas Ashford Sports Club since 1996. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Miguel
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Miguel: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
