Coach Michelle
Youth hockey coach and mentor
- 🇵🇭 Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Quezon City Greenfield Boxing Gym
- Since 1993
- English, Filipino
I've coached hockey at Quezon City Greenfield Boxing Gym since 1993. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Coach Michelle
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Michelle: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
