Coach Michael

Martial arts and fitness coach, Lagos

  • 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
  • Lagos Athletic Club
  • Since 1983
  • English, Igbo
I've coached martial arts at Lagos Athletic Club since 1983. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings. I'm still learning every day.
