For 16 years I ran the swimming program at Tallahassee Athletic Club in Tallahassee. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Coach Micah
If you played for me, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
What gifts mean to Coach Micah: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
