Coach Mia
Rugby and fitness coach, Peoria
- 🇺🇸 Peoria, Illinois, United States
- Since 1985
- English
For 41 years I've run the rugby program at Peoria Athletic Club in Peoria. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Mia
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Mia: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
