Coach Merve
Youth chess coach and mentor
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Istanbul Athletic Club
- Since 1981
- English, Turkish
I'm a chess coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 1,040 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
