Coach Merel
Youth rugby coach and mentor
- 🇳🇱 Nijmegen, Gelderland, Netherlands
- Nijmegen Our Lady of Peace Community Club
- Since 1998
- English, Dutch, Spanish
I've coached rugby at Nijmegen Our Lady of Peace Community Club since 1998. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
