Coach Mercedes
Youth basketball coach and mentor
- 🇦🇷 Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Mar del Plata Community Club
- 2003 to 2024
- English
I coached basketball at Mar del Plata Community Club from 2003 to 2024. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

If you played for me, you probably remember the time the class pet escaped.

What gifts mean to Coach Mercedes: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
