Coach Mercedes
Basketball and fitness coach, La Plata
- 🇦🇷 La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- La Plata Football Club
- 1982 to 2018
- Spanish
For 36 years I ran the basketball program at La Plata Football Club in La Plata. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Coach Mercedes
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Mercedes: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
