Coach Melanie
Coached tennis for 47 years in Baton Rouge
- 🇺🇸 Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States
- Baton Rouge Trinity Boxing Gym
- Since 1979
- English
For 47 years I've run the tennis program at Baton Rouge Trinity Boxing Gym in Baton Rouge. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
More about Coach Melanie
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Melanie: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
