For 39 years I've run the basketball program at Rawalpindi Lotus Boxing Gym in Rawalpindi. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
