Coach Maya
Swimming and fitness coach, Hamilton
- 🇳🇿 Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand
- Hamilton Boxing Gym
- Since 2001
- English
I've coached swimming at Hamilton Boxing Gym since 2001. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Maya: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
