Coach Mavis
Gymnastics and fitness coach, Accra
- 🇬🇭 Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana
- Accra Sports Club
- Since 2005
- English
For 21 years I've run the gymnastics program at Accra Sports Club in Accra. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

you coached me in 2012. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Cardiff.
