Coach Maverick
Youth rugby coach and mentor
- 🇬🇧 Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom
- Edinburgh Swimming Club
- Since 1983
- English, French
For 43 years I've run the rugby program at Edinburgh Swimming Club in Edinburgh. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
What gifts mean to Coach Maverick: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
