Coach Maverick
Youth cross country coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States
- Cambridge Hope Sports Club
- Since 1978
- English
I've coached cross country at Cambridge Hope Sports Club since 1978. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

You coached me in 2017. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Dehiwala.
