Coach Maverick
Tennis and fitness coach, Rockford
- 🇺🇸 Rockford, Illinois, United States
- Gateway Football Club
- 2006 to 2024

For 18 years I ran the tennis program at Gateway Football Club in Rockford. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

You taught us how to lose properly. Worth more than any trophy! Greetings from Brescia.

I still think about the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Best summer of my life. Truly.
