I coached chess at Ribeirão Preto Parkside Swimming Club from 2014 to 2023. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
