Coach Mateus
Youth gymnastics coach and mentor
- 🇧🇷 Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil
- Ribeirão Preto Youth Club
- Since 2009
- Portuguese
I've coached gymnastics at Ribeirão Preto Youth Club since 2009. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Mateus
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

What gifts mean to Coach Mateus: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
