Coach Mateo
Coached hockey for 18 years in Liverpool
- 🇬🇧 Liverpool, England, United Kingdom
- Liverpool Bamboo Swimming Club
- 1994 to 2012
- English, French
For 18 years I ran the hockey program at Liverpool Bamboo Swimming Club in Liverpool. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.
More about Coach Mateo
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
