For 30 years I've run the cycling program at Crescent Athletic Club in Quetta. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm still learning every day.
