Coach Mary

  • Kinondoni Sakura Community Club
  • 2013 to 2022
  • English
For nine years I ran the cricket program at Kinondoni Sakura Community Club in Kinondoni. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learned every name in the first week.

What gifts mean to Coach Mary: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
