Coach Marilyn
Boxing and fitness coach, Newcastle
- 🇦🇺 Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia
- Newcastle Central Youth Club
- 2002 to 2024
- English
I coached boxing at Newcastle Central Youth Club from 2002 to 2024. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
More about Coach Marilyn
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
