Coach Mariana
Youth cross country coach and mentor
- 🇧🇷 Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- 2015 to 2025
- English, Portuguese
I'm a cross country coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 250 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Mariana: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

I still think about the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Amsterdam.
