Coach María
Football and fitness coach, Bogotá
- 🇨🇴 Bogotá, Bogotá D.C., Colombia
- Bogotá St. Anne's Football Club
- 1981 to 2013
- English, Spanish
I coached football at Bogotá St. Anne's Football Club from 1981 to 2013. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach María
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

you coached me in 1987. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Asaba.
