For 13 years I ran the cycling program at Moscow Boxing Gym in Moscow. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Coach Maria
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Maria: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
