For 47 years I've run the gymnastics program at Nairobi Riverside Boxing Gym in Nairobi. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
